Hi Tina, Thanks for your reply. I had thought about ONLY using the external cream(as you have suggested), just enough to cover all of the breasts perhaps twice a day to begin with. I will wait another two more days before trying again. Your products do work and I would like to carry on. Does the total caffeine rule apply to external use only ??
